Natura Complete Mixes

:

Have you ever thought about becoming a vegetarian? In Germany, 8-10% of the population already eats vegetarian. Every tenth of them even dispenses completely with animal products. Within Europe, Germany is the leader when it comes to vegan food. 36% of the vegan products introduced in Europe in 2015 came on the market in Germany. The meatless diet is therefore not a fashion phenomenon, but a continuous trend. But why do people become vegetarians? The most common reason is still compassion for animals. But also climate protection and a desire for a better physical feeling are now playing an important role. Meat production consumes enormous amounts of resources and is therefore becoming an ever greater burden for the planet. Almost 70% of the world's cultivated grain ends as cattle feed. To get one kilo of meat, an average of 10 kg of grain must be invested. The demand for drinking water is even higher. One kilo of beef requires more than 15,000 liters of water. And in order to create new shelter for the huge herds of cattle, the jungle is cleared in many countries. Thus there is hardly anything that affects the eco-balance as positively as the renouncement of meat.

Dealing responsibly with our environment and our own well-being often go hand in hand. With the decision to forego meat, many people star to think about their diet intensively. They pay more attention to the ingredients and try to eat rather varied. In order to try out many meatless recipes, many new vegetarians are starting to cook again. Long-term vegetarians often have impressive repertoires of delicious dishes. They also have more fun in the kitchen. More and more people are flirting with the idea of becoming a vegetarian. However, only few people succeed with the complete changeover at the first attempt. After all, habits that were established over decades are difficult to unlearn. Therefore, vegetarians are advised to slowly approach a new diet. For example, one can start to do without cutlet and co. only during the week. On the weekend ham and salami can be served on the pizza. A further popular tip for new vegetarians is to do without only certain kinds of meat at first: initially pork, then beef, game and finally also on poultry. It is also worthwhile to study the traditional cuisine of countries where not every recipe contains meat. The Indian or Mediterranean cuisine is particularly inspiring.

Enjoy a vegan alternative to meatballs, cutlet and co with the Natura Patties. The complete mixes are available in six varieties and respectively yield for 6-8 patties. The Natura Organic Spelt Patties Complete Mix contains besides spelt flakes a hearty spice mix with lovage, garlic and pepper. Vegetables are the basis for the Organic Vegetable Patties.
