Vitam Organic Sourdough. For making rye and mixed rye breads. Original sourdough made from organic wholemeal rye flour and living sourdough cultures. After complete maturation, gently dried, it is now available for immediate baking. Without complex dough management and undesirable foreign yeasts, Vitam sourdough guarantees you easy handling and full flavour.

Application:

Basic recipe rye bread:
900 g rye flour, 1 sachet Vitam sourdough, 1 sachet Vitam baker's yeast, 670 ml water, 1 tsp. salt, possibly 1 tsp. honey.

Mix the ingredients, gradually adding enough water to form a malleable dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place. Bake at 200°C for approx. 1 hour. In the baking machine, halve the ingredients and select the wholemeal programme at medium browning.
