: Description:
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C convection or 210 °C top/bottom heat and grease the baking tin well. Now bring 480 ml of water to the boil.
- Add the bread mix into a mixing bowl, pour the boiling water over it, then the vinegar and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
- Stir the batter well again after a minute.
- Now pour the dough into the greased loaf tin, press it down firmly and smooth down the pastry.
- Leave the dough to soak in the baking tin for 30 minutes.
- Bake the Viking Brød in a preheated oven for 75 minutes on convection or 85 minutes on top/bottom heat.
- Leave the bread to cool on a rack.

Funktioniert auch gut im Brotbackautomaten. Mit den ganzen Saaten ist es schön fluffig, sättigend und fühlt sich länger frisch an (und schmeckt auch so).

Nach dem Rezept gebacken erhält man einen etwa 1 Kilo schweren Laib Brot. Die Saaten geben dem Ganzen ein wenig Feuchtigkeit und vor allem super Geschmack. Der Teig an sich ist auch sehr lecker. Für eine stärkere Kruste eventuell Haustricks anwenden, sollte man im normalen Backofen aber sowieso immer machen. Finde keine Kritik, super Backmischung!
