Accessibility Statement
Violey GmbH aims to make its online shop for digital products and goods at www.violey.com as accessible as possible. This accessibility statement is issued in accordance with § 12 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), implementing EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).
Compliance Status
This website is currently partially compliant with the accessibility requirements pursuant to § 3(1) BFSG in conjunction with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 (version 3.2.1:2021). Implementation is based on the requirements of EN 301 549 with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA.
Certain areas are not yet fully accessible.
These are being systematically identified and continuously improved.
Assessment Method
The assessment was carried out on 28/06/2025 as a structured self-evaluation in accordance with § 12(1) sentence 2 BFSG using the testing tool axe DevTools Pro. The review included automated tests and manual sampling of typical usage scenarios (navigation, product details, checkout) by internal testers. Particular focus was placed on the success criteria of WCAG 2.2 (AA).
The identified barriers are addressed as part of an ongoing internal improvement process.

Internal Technical Limitations
- - Automatically generated PDF documents are continuously optimised. Upon request, we provide content in an appropriate accessible format.
All other PDF documents on our website have been made accessible to the extent technically possible.
Note on Help Pages
