Application:

Basic recipe for sweet yeast dough:
500 g Flour Mix white, 1 sachet dried yeast, 80 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 250 ml milk, 50 g butter, 2 eggs.

Method: Combine 400 g flour mix, dried yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Combine 100 g flour mix with the baking powder. Heat the milk and butter, add and knead together, then add the eggs one at a time. Cover the dough with a damp kitchen towel and leave to rise for 30 min. Place the dough on a floured work surface and carefully knead from the outside inwards. Gradually mix in the leftover flour until the dough is no longer sticky. There may be some flour left over. Shape the finished dough as desired and leave to rest for another 15-30 min. Cover again with a damp kitchen towel.

Ingredients:

Starch (potato, corn), flour (corn, rice), thickener: guar gum.
