Beltane biofix Tajine Morocco is particularly suitable for fry-ups with gently spicy aroma. This spice mix gives the typical oriental taste.
Seasoning is done in two steps: When roasting, the noble spices are opened and give the dish its authentic taste. Then it is refined with aromatic herbs that are stirred into the sauce by deglazing it. The spices and herbs combine perfectly with the fresh ingredients. A full-bodied, natural taste experience.

RecipeTajine Marokko
Ingredients (for 2 persons):

• 1 package biofix Tajine Marokko
  
• 500 g mixed vegetables, e.g. zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, pumpkin 
• 2 tbs cashew nuts 
•  150 ml water
  

Preparation: 

1. Cut vegetables into cubes. Prepare water.
2. Give 2 tbss cooking oil and spice mix 1 (small sachet) into a frying pan. Then heat the stove. When the spices exude their scents, add the vegetables and the nuts and brown.
3. Add water, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and allow to cook with lid closed for 6 minues. Stir occasionally.
   

Tip: Serve with couscous, rice or pita bread.
