- Preheat the oven to 225 °C (Gas level 4, convection oven 190 °C). Place the contents of the bag in a bowl. Add 250 ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of oil (e.g. olive oil).
- Knead well with a hand mixer (kneading hook) to make a smooth dough.
The dough is stickier than usually. Thus ist desired in order to achieve a better baking result. Thus, the pizza base stays juicy and loose inside and becomes crunchy on the outside. - Put baking paper on a baking sheet (approx. 35 x 30 cm) or two round springforms (Ø 28 cm) or grease with oil. Lightly dust the dough with starch and evenly roll out the dough.
- Add tomato puree on top of the dough, season and add the desired toppings. Instead of tomato puree, you can also use tomato ketchup or tomato sauce.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes (electric oven: 225 °C preheated, gas level 4, convection oven: approx. 190 °C).

: Review date:I personally think this is the best gluten-free and lactose-free pizza dough. I have tried many different ones before and this one is far ahead in terms of processing and taste.
My tip for best success: Double the amount of fat as indicated, mix with hand/spoon, then pour the dough directly onto a lightly floured tray (without oil & without baking paper) then place baking paper on top as indicated and smooth & shape with your hands. If necessary, wipe up any fat that escapes during baking with kitchen paper. This will make the pizza a little thicker, but the sticky and biscuit-like texture will be gone.
Diese Backmischung halte ich persönlich für den besten glutenfreien und laktosefreien Pizzateig. Ich habe vorher viele verschiedene ausprobiert, und dieser ist von der Verarbeitung und Geschmack weit voraus.
Mein Tip zum besten Gelingen: Die doppelte Menge an Fett wie angegeben, mit Hand/Löffel verrühren, dann den Teig direkt auf ein leicht mit Mehl bestäubtes Blech (ohne Öl & ohne Backpapier) dann wie angegeben Backpapier drauf und mit den Händen glätten & in Form bringen. Austretendes Fett beim backen notfalls mit Küchenkrepp aufnehmen. Dann wird die Pizza zwar etwas mächtiger, aber das klebrige und keksartige ist weg.
