Baking mixture with a preparation time of 15 minutes
: Description:
- Preheat the oven with top and bottom heat to 180° C (gas level 3). Please do not bake with convection.
- Put the contents of the larger package (basic mixture for the cake) in a bowl.
- Add 4 eggs, 180 g soft butter and 4 tbsp hot water and use a hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
- Pour half of the dough into a greased loaf pan (approx. 25 cm) or Gugelhupf pan ((Ø 26 cm).
- In a separate bowl, stir the contents of the smaller pack (cocoa powder) with 3 tablespoons of hot water and mix with the rest of the batter.
- Spread the dark dough on the light dough. Then pull the layers of dough spirally through with a fork, creating a marble pattern.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes before removing it from the mold.
- You can also use margarine instead of butter.
- Also works as a muffin variant.

: Review date:For me, this is the best baking mix on the market. You can bake all sorts of things with it: Black Forest muffins, muffins with a chocolate centre, Danube wave etc. pp. However, I always add 1 egg more and 25 g vinegar to ensure that the baking result is to my satisfaction.
Für mich die beste Backmischung auf dem Markt. Daraus kann man allerlei backen: Schwarzwälder Muffins, Muffins mit Schoko-Kern, Donauwelle etc. pp. Allerdings gebe ich immer 1 Ei mehr dazu und 25 g Essig, damit das Backergebnis zu meiner Zufriedenheit ist.

: Review date:I was suspicious at first when I read the list of ingredients. I'm not a fan of like products, especially as I don't need them for my health. But this marble cake is soooo delicious! I first beat the eggs well before adding melted butter and then the baking mix. And the cake was really fluffy. I can't say whether it would have tasted dry after a few days, because by then it had been eaten.
Ich war erst mißtrauisch, als ich die Zutatenliste gelesen habe. Bin kein Fan von Wie-Produkten, zumal ich gesundheitlich nicht darauf angewiesen bin. Aber dieser Marmorkuchen ist soooo lecker! Ich habe die Eier erstmal gut schaumig geschlagen, bevor ich flüssige Butter dazugegeben habe und dann die Backmischung. Und der Kuchen war richtig fluffig. Ob er nach ein paar Tagen trocken geschmeckt hätte, kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil er bis dahin längst verputzt war.
