: Description:
Bauck Organic Little Protein Bread, gluten-free. This baking mix with soya flakes is just the thing for small households, singles and anyone who wants to eat healthily. Thanks to the optimised recipe, it’s quick and easy to make in an air fryer. Simply add water, bake, and you’re done.
Add the following ingredients:
- 250ml water, lukewarm
Preparation in the air fryer:
- Place the mix in a bowl, add the water, stir with a spoon or spatula and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Line the air fryer rack with baking paper.
- Once the mixture has stood, shape the dough into an oval loaf with wet hands and place it in the air fryer.
- Bake the bread in the air fryer on the ‘Bake’ programme at 190°C for approx. 45 minutes. For the best crust, turn the bread over halfway through the baking time and remove the baking paper. Then finish baking the bread on the other side.
- Once baked, leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before cutting into the small loaf.
Preparation in the oven:
- Place the mix in a bowl, add water, stir with a spoon or dough scraper and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Once the mixture has soaked, shape the dough into an oval loaf with wet hands and place it on the baking tray.
- Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) without preheating for approx. 60 minutes. In a preheated oven, the baking time is reduced by 10 minutes.
- After baking, leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before cutting into the small loaf.
