Application:
For cold masses:
1. Bag content + at least 100ml liquid and boil for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in 400 ml cold ingredients.
3. Quickly pour the mass into the mold. Complete.
When adding whipped cream (e.g. for cake fillings), let the hot mixture cool down a little, otherwise the cream will melt.
For hot crowds:
1. Bag content + 500ml liquid and boil for 2 minutes.
2. Depending on the recipe, refrigerate for 1-3 hours. Complete.
Caution: If you work with acidic liquids or vinegar, use twice the amount of Agartine.
Agartine gels after cooking at around 35ºC.
Bag is sufficient for 500ml of liquid and corresponds to approx. 6 sheets of gelatine.
Ingredients:
Maltodextrin*, gelling agent (agar-agar* E 406 (20%), guar gum* E412)
* From certified organic farming.
May contain traces of egg, milk, soy and edible nuts.
Additional Information:
Agar Agar is made from algae and is a plant-based alternative to gelatin. An adjustment of the preparation may be necessary.
