Application:
Sprinkle the spice mix into the dish whilst it is cooking. To make a salad dressing, mix it with a little hot water, then add vinegar and oil.

: Review date:As soon as you open the can, a pleasant mushroom smell hits your nose. The taste is difficult to describe. A slightly nutty taste remains on the tongue. The spice is also salty and a slight spiciness remains at the end. The truffle definitely comes out, but is not too dominant. In terms of consistency, the spice is rather fine like a powder or broth. Herbaria generally offers very interesting spice blends. I am already looking forward to the next pasta dish or risotto.
Bereits beim Öffnen der Dose steigt ein angenehmer Pilzgeruch in die Nase. Der Geschmack lässt sich schwer beschreiben. Auf der Zunge bleibt ein leicht nussiger Geschmack. Das Gewürz ist auch salzig und am Ende bleibt eine leichte Schärfe. Der Trüffel kommt auf jeden Fall heraus, ist jedoch nicht zu dominant. Von der Konsistenz her ist das Gewürz eher fein wie ein Pulver oder Brühe. Herbaria bietet generell sehr interessante Gewürzmischungen an. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Nudelgericht oder Risotto.

Diese Gewürzmischung war ein echter Glücksgriff für mich. Eine Prise oder zwei davon verwandeln jede herbstliche Cremesuppe oder Soße in eine Delikatesse. Und wenn man in Deutschland wohnt, wo es immer ein halbes Jahr keinen Winter und ein halbes Jahr keinen Sommer gibt, ist dieses Gewürz ein himmlischer Segen.
