Hammermühle Egg Replacer, gluten free is an emulsifying powdery egg replacer. The egg replacement can be used wherever the binding or non-binding effects of egg are desired. Due to its purely vegetable ingredients, it is suitable for vegetarian or even vegan nutrition.

Application:
2 tbsp. (10 g) egg replacer and 40 ml water are correspondant ot one egg. Stir the egg replacer with water until smooth. Afterwards, beat this with an egg beater or with a hand mixer and mix it to the dough or to the dish. Hammermühle Egg Replacer suits to warm dishes as well as to cold dishes. This product is not capable of cooking scrambled or fried egg.
Ingredients:
Corn starch, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of edible fatty acids, thickener: xanthan, rice flour, pea protein.
May contain traces of milk protein, soya and lupines.
Additional Information:
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
