Application:

Basic recipe for white bread:
Oven: Combine 500 g baking mix with 7 g dried yeast, knead with 450 ml water and 2 tbsp. oil. Put the dough into a loaf tin and allow to rise for approx. 45 minutes. Brush the dough with oil or flour it and cut as desired. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 °C upper and lower heat for approx. 50 minutes.

Bread maker: 480 g water, 20 g oil, 500 g baking mix, 5 g dried yeast. Please add ingredients according to the instructions of your bread baking machine. The manufacturer recommends using a basic programme for the preparation.

Note:
The liquid specification according to the basic recipe refers to the preparation in a 25 cm box shape. To bake the bread without form, reduce the water in the recipe by about 100 ml and put 2 tbsp. of the flour mixture on the side. If necessary, intermix into the dough later. Allow the dough to rise in the basket.

Ingredients:

Corn starch, gluten free wheat starch, potato starch, corn flour, sugar, rice flakes, salt, thickener: guar gum.
