Biozentrale Organic Sourdough Rye Whole Grain. For the typical aromatic, original taste. Use wholegrain rye sourdough for fine wholegrain and mixed breads, rolls and other baked goods.
Recipe suggestion: Mixed rye bread: 
Mix 550 g wholemeal rye flour and 200 g wholemeal wheat flour with 30 g sourdough extract wholemeal rye, 1 packet of dry yeast and 2 tsp salt and add approx. 550 ml lukewarm water. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes and then cover and leave to rise until the dough has doubled in size. Place in the preheated oven on the lowest shelf, bake for approx. 15 minutes at 250°C and 65 minutes at 150°C. Cool on a wire rack.
