Just add:
1 kg of chopped fruit or 600 ml of cold juice
Dry sweetener if necessary
approx. 4 tbsp (35-40 ml) lemon juice

Arrangement:
Place a small plate in the freezer for the gelling test.

Preparation:
Put 1 kg of chopped fruit or 600 ml of cold juice in a saucepan. Sprinkle the contents of the bag with stirring. Then add lemon juice and dry sweetener if necessary. Simmer the mixture for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Gelling sample:
Place 2 tablespoons of the hot food on the prepared ice-cold plate and check the consistency. If the mass is not firm enough, you can add more. Allow the mass to cool completely, sprinkle in a little jam and prepare as described above. At the end, take a new gelling pobe. Immediately fill the finished, hot cookware to the brim in rinsed, rinsed glasses with boiling water. Close with twist-off lids and turn the jars upside down for approx. 5 minutes (vacuum formation).

Storability:
Once opened, store reduced-sugar fruit spreads in the refrigerator and use within a few days.
