Beltane biofix Chicken Tikka. It has never been more easy to bring the fascination of Indian food on the table. The dish is seasoned in two steps. During frying the precious spices add an authentic taste to the fresh ingredients. For a special refining aromatic herbs are stirred into the sauce. Thus herbs and spices are perfectly combined with the fresh ingredients. A full-bodied taste experience.

Preparation Chicken Tikka (for 2 persons):
Add freshly:

• 300 g chicken or turkey breast
• 100 g onions
• 1 tablespoon (20g) tomato paste
• 100 ml cream
• 150 ml water

1. Cut meat into cubes, finely chop onions, prepare cream and water
   
2. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a nonstick pan. Then heat hotplate. Once the spices exsude their scent, add meat and onions and sear. Add tomato paste and fry.
3.  Add water and cream, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and finish cooking on low heat for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.
   

Tip: Serve with basmati rice or flatbread.
