Bauck Organic Pinsa Dough Baking Mix. What distinguishes pinsa from pizza? At first glance, it's its elongated oval shape. It is also made with a flour mix and extra sourdough. This pinsa is baked with its gluten-free flour mix to make it nice and fluffy, super moist on the inside and extra crispy on the outside.
It's that simple:
Add these ingredients: 1 sachet of dry yeast, 300 ml lukewarm water, 1 tbsp oil (e.g. olive or rapeseed oil).
For the topping: 150 g (vegan) crème fraîche, 150 g grated (vegan) cheese, topping and spices of your choice.
  1. Place the baking mix in a bowl and mix with the dry yeast, then add the water and oil. Mix with a hand mixer (dough hook) to form a smooth dough.
  2. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper or brush with oil. Roll out the dough into 3 equal pieces to form oval flatbreads (approx. 1 - 1.5 cm thick) and place on the baking tray. Spread the rolled-out dough with crème fraîche, season to taste and top as desired. Then sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Leave the pancakes to rise for another 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 230 °C (top/bottom heat).
  5. Place the baking tray at a medium height in the preheated oven and bake for approx. 15 minutes.
