Arche Wakame Instant, 50 g: Unit: 50 g

Recipe tip: miso soup (recipe for 4 people)

• 150 g broccoli
• 2 carrots
• 1/2 bunch spring onions
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1-2 tbsp Arche Organic Sesame Oil
• 3 tbsp Arche Organic Shiro Miso
• 1 tbsp Arche Organic Genmai Miso
• 1 tsp Arche Wakame Instant

Wash the vegetables. Cut the spring onions into rings and the carrots into slices. Cut the broccoli into small florets and the peppers into cubes. Heat the sesame oil in a pot, add the vegetables and sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour in 1 l of water and simmer for 5-10 min. at low heat until the vegetables are cooked. Take some of the liquid from the soup, dissolve the miso in it and add to the soup. Remove from the heat and allow to infuse briefly. Rinse the instant wakame in a sieve, add to the soup and let it simmer for another 2 minutes. Add a little more salt if necessary.

Tip: The soup can be varied with different vegetables, tofu or ginger.
