With buckwheat sourdough and wholemeal oat flour
: Description:
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 450 ml lukewarm water
- 1-2 tbsp rice flour for sprinkling
- Briefly mix the packet contents with the dry yeast and water using a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms.
- With moistened hands, push the dough together in the bowl and turn out onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Smooth out the bread and shape it into the desired shape. Sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp rice flour.
- Cover and leave the bread in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250°C top and bottom heat.
- Bake the bread for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 220°C and bake for another 50 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool before cutting.

: Review date:The baking mix is easy to prepare because not many ingredients are needed. I didn't need the rice flour for sprinkling. I used oat flakes instead. The bread rose really well. However, I used a mould because otherwise the dough would have become too flat in the oven. I think the 60 minutes is almost too long. But it probably depends on the power of the oven.
Die Backmischung ist einfach zuzubereiten, weil nicht viele Zutaten gebraucht werden. Es ging bei mir auch ohne dem Reismehl zum Bestreuen. Ich habe dafür Haferflocken hergenommen. Das Brot ist super aufgegangen. Ich habe allerdings eine Form verwendet, da mir der Teig sonst zu flach geworden wäre im Ofen. Die 60 Minuten finde ich schon fast etwas zu lange. Wird aber wahrscheinlich auch auf die Leistung des Ofens ankommen.
