I don't really like superlatives, but I have to do it here. The baking malt is really mega! I made bread and pizza dough, both rose quickly and were super "fluffy". And at a great price in the best organic quality. Everything is just super!

The baking result is satisfactory all round. My rolls have always turned out well so far. Nice crispy crust, nice colour and very fluffy. Now I'm going to try my hand at bread, but I'm quite confident that everything will work out here too.

Das Backergebnis ist rundum zufriedenstellend. Meine Brötchen sind bisher immer gut gelungen. Schön knusprige Kruste, schöne Farbe und sehr locker. Nun werde ich mich ans Brot wagen, doch bin ich recht zuversichtlich, dass auch hier alles klappt.
