: Review date:I don't really like superlatives, but I have to do it here. The baking malt is really mega! I made bread and pizza dough, both rose quickly and were super "fluffy". And at a great price in the best organic quality. Everything is just super!

Das Backergebnis ist rundum zufriedenstellend. Meine Brötchen sind bisher immer gut gelungen. Schön knusprige Kruste, schöne Farbe und sehr locker. Nun werde ich mich ans Brot wagen, doch bin ich recht zuversichtlich, dass auch hier alles klappt.
