dennree Organic Oat flour, gluten-free. For the gluten-free oat wholegrain flour, selected oats are gently ground. The fine texture and the aromatic, mildly nutty flavour of the oats provide versatile application possibilities. It is well suited for preparing bread, cakes or pastries.
Recipe for gluten-free oat bread 
Ingredients:
100 ml lukewarm milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 yeast cube (21 g)
350 g gluten-free oat flour
150 g gluten-free rolled oats
200 ml lukewarm water
40 g sunflower seeds
40 g linseed 
1 tsp salt
30 g butter
1 egg

Preparation: 
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and add the sugar. Knead the oat flour, rolled oats, water, sunflower seeds and linseed, salt, butter and egg in a bowl until smooth, cover and leave to rise for an hour.
  2. Grease a bread baking tin, pour in the dough and leave to rise again for an hour. 
  3. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180 °C top and bottom heat for approx. 50 minutes. Place a fireproof container filled with water in the oven to bake the bread.
