I have never experienced anything so absolutely absurd in 15 years of natural cosmetics! CMD has only renamed the sample (probably fresh) so that nothing indicates spraying, it is now sold (not visible, see product photo) in a screw bottle with a DROP insert! The application information in CMD's online shop was changed after my email, at first they still spoke of sprays. CMD saves money here and argues that this is justified: they would have to buy the spray bottles in small quantities just for this product (environmentally conscious locally) - nobody would want to pay for that. The logical next step is not to sell samples! Because as long as the customer doesn't know about the additional costs for a spray bottle (retail = more expensive and hardly sustainably available), that's apparently ok ?! Kneading in drop by drop would be no comparison, the formula is designed as a spray. My suggestion to use the 5 ml spray bottles that they use for other products (should suffice as a sample) was ignored, talked past and cancelled. Anyone who acts in this way does not value customer friendliness and environmental awareness, but simply expects the customer to put up with it. I do not value this kind of behaviour and will not be buying any more CMD products in future.

So etwas absolut Absurdes habe ich in 15 Jahren Naturkosmetik noch nicht erlebt! CMD hat nur die Probe (wohl frisch) umbenannt, sodass nichts mehr auf Sprühen hindeutet, verkauft wird sie nun (nicht ersichtlich, siehe Produktfoto) in einer Schraubflasche mit TROPFeinsatz! Die Anwendungsinfo im Onlineshop von CMD wurde nach meiner Mail geändert, erst sprach man noch von Sprühstößen. CMD spart hier und argumentiert sich das zurecht: die Sprühflaschen müssten sie wenn in geringer Stückzahl nur für dieses Produkt (umweltbewusst lokal) kaufen - das würde niemand zahlen wollen. Dann verkauft man konsequenterweise keine Proben! Denn solange der Kunde nichts von zusätzlichen Kosten für eine Sprühflasche weiß (Einzelhandel = teurer und kaum nachhaltig erhältlich) weiß, geht das ja scheinbar ok …?! Tröpfchenweise einkneten wäre kein Vergleich, die Rezeptur ist als Spray konzipiert. Mein Vorschlag, wenn es doch um Nachhaltigkeit ginge, die 5-ml-Sprühflaschen, die sie für andere Produkte verwenden, zu nutzen (sollte als Probe reichen), wurde ignoriert, dafür dran vorbei geredet und abgecancelt. Wer so vorgeht, legt keinen Wert auf Kundenfreundlichkeit und Umweltbewusstsein, sondern erwartet schlicht, dass der Kunde es hinnimmt. Auf so ein Verhalten wiederum lege ich keinen Wert und werde zukünftig keine CMD-Produkte mehr kaufen.
