For me, this is the best white wine balsamic I know. Flavourful, round and yet tangy. It has been my base for many dressings for years. I always add a little agave syrup, then the best olive oil, salt and good white pepper as a base or on its own. Then, depending on my mood, I refine it with fresh garlic, a little mustard (emulsifies the dressing well), a dash of fresh cream (or sour cream) or herbs from the garden (dill, for example). Herbs from the garden (dill, for example, adds a particularly fresh flavour; dill is by no means limited to cucumber salad).

Für mich der beste Weißwein Balsamico, den ich kenne. Würzig, rund und trotzdem spritzig. Seit Jahren meine Basis für viele Dressings. Ich gebe immer noch etwas Agavendicksaft mit dazu, dann bestes Olivenöl, Salz und guten weißen Pfeffer als Basis oder pur. Verfeinert dann je nach Laune mit frischem Knoblauch, dann z.B. etwas Senf (emulgiert das Dressing gut), ein Schuss frische Sahne (od. Schmand) u.od. Kräuter aus dem Garten (Dill z.B. der eine besonders frische Note dazu gibt, Dill ist keineswegs auf Gurkensalat beschränkt).

Inexpensive vinegar in organic quality. Good quality, excellent for cooking, preserving, or similar. Very tasty, goes well with all kinds of salads. I like using it very much and can only recommend it.

Preiswerter Essig in Bio-Qualität. Gute Qualität, eignet sich hervorragend zum Kochen, Einmachen, oder Ähnliches. Sehr geschmackvoll, passt zu allerlei Salatvariationen. Ich verwende ihn sehr gerne und kann ihn nur empfehlen.

Ein milder Weißweinessig, der sich vielseitig einsetzen lässt. Dass die Trauben handgelesen werden, schmeckt man auch an dem intensiven Aroma des Essigs. Für meinen Geschmack ein guter Essig zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Ich kombiniere diesen Essig auch gern mit dem Byodo Olivenöl und mache daraus leckeres Salatdressing.

Angenehm milder Weißweinessig, mit 6% Säure, der sich auch gut für Salate und Rohkost eignet. Besonders gut finde ich den Ausguß, mit dem sich sparsam dosieren lässt. Bei vielen anderen Flaschen kommt leicht zu viel raus.
