Application:

Place gelatine leaves individually in cold water and let soak for 5 minutes, then squeeze out slightly.
For cold masses, heat the gelatine while stirring until it is completely dissolved. Add the cold mass gradually to the gelatine with constant stirring - never the other way around.
Warm the gelatine with warm masses and dissolve completely. Subsequently stir the liquid gelatine into the warm mass while constantly stirring.
For hot masses, stir the gelatine into the hot mass. Do not boil the gelatine! Let the finished food stand for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Dishes with gelatine can not be achieved with the use of fresh kiwi, pineapple, papaya and figs. An enzyme contained therein dissolves the gelatin.
Gelatine reduces the seasoning in food. Therefore, these must be seasoned with salt, sugar, acids and spices only after adding the gelatin.

Neutral in taste and odour, very economical, also worked very well as an egg substitute in baking (although it is better to use ground gelatine powder straight away).

Geschmacks- und geruchsneutral, sehr ergiebig, hat auch sehr gut als Ei-Ersatz beim Backen funktioniert (dennoch besser gleich gemahlenes Gelatine-Pulver verwenden).
