Genusskoarl Organic Mugi Miso. The chunky Tsubu texture reveals at first glance that this has been made by hand. Unlike finely blended miso pastes, this variety retains the original texture of the ingredients. The result is a hearty, grainy seasoning paste with natural depth, both in appearance and flavour.
