Application:
Activate yeast for 15 minutes with 100 ml of lukewarm liquid and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix it with dry ingredients, if necessary fold fat and eggs into the dough, then gradually add enough liquid in order to make the dough elastic and not sticky on the fingers.
