Revocation and return policy for consumers

The right of revocation expires prematurely with distance contracts

- with delivery of sealed products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal was removed after delivery;
- with delivery of audio and video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal was removed after delivery.

You have the right to revoke this contract without giving any reasons within 14 days. The revocation period is 14 days, starting on the day that you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise the revocation right, you must inform us:

by providing a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the enclosed model revocation form, which is not mandatory. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Revocation consequences

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your revocation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
