Grade A and Grade C maple syrup
At the beginning of the harvesting period, maple sap is light and amber-coloured and has a mildly sweet taste. As the harvest progresses, the sap becomes darker and increasingly strong in flavour. These natural changes in the sap later result in the graduations of the maple syrup. A quality feature and taste criterion for maple syrup is its brightness or translucence, which depends on the time of harvest. Grade A has a mild taste and a golden colour. It is a sweetener with a lower sugar content (66%). Grade C has a stronger and more aromatic taste and stands out due to its intense, reddish-brown colour.

If you order this product, you won't go wrong. The quality is great and the taste is excellent. Of course, it goes great with pancakes or crepes, but also with yoghurt or tea.

Wer sich dieses Produkt bestellt, macht nichts falsch. Qualität ist super und der Geschmack ist hervorragend. Passt natürlich ganz toll zu Pancakes oder Crepes, geht aber auch bei Joghurt oder Tee.
