: Review date:Super tasty! Just add a little pumpkin seed oil and freshly ground black pepper - done! However, I would let them cook longer next time. After 15 minutes, the filling was still rather hard. Pasta aldente - ok. But the filling?
Super lecker! Einfach ein bißchen Kürbiskernöl drüber und frisch gemahlenen schwarzen Pfeffer - fertig! Allerdings würde ich sie das nächste Mal länger kochen lassen. Nach 15 Minuten war die Füllung immer noch eher hart. Nudel aldente - ok. Aber die Füllung?

: Review date:An exciting flavour combination of Hokkaido pumpkin and apple, I think, rather than the usual spinach or minced meat filling! The cappelletti can be stored without refrigeration and are vegan - both important points for me. The only other spice I could taste was ginger, but as a layman I suspect that it is the mixture with lavender, aniseed and chilli that rounds off the flavour of the fruity filling (otherwise they wouldn't be in it!?). Compared to other dumplings such as tortellini, however, the proportion of dough in the D'Angelo cappelletti is a little too high for me. I would like to see more filling. But they are definitely worth trying!
Eine spannende Geschmackskombination aus Hokkaido-Kürbis und Apfel, wie ich finde, und nicht die übliche Spinat- oder Hackfleischfüllung! Die Cappelletti lassen sich ohne Kühlung lagern und sind vegan - beides für mich wichtige Punkte. Als weitere Würzung konnte ich nur Ingwer herausschmecken, doch ich als Laie vermute, dass erst die Mischung mit Lavendel, Anis und Chili den Geschmack der fruchtigen Füllung abrunden (sonst wären sie ja nicht mit drin!?). Im Vergleich zu anderen Teigtaschen wie Tortellini ist für mich der Teiganteil bei den D'Angelo Cappelletti allerdings ein bisschen zu hoch. Hier würde ich mir mehr Füllung wünschen. Probierenswert sind sie aber auf jeden Fall!
