BioVegan Organic Baking Mixture Cinnamon Rolls, gluten-free. Cinnamon rolls are a real classic among pastries. With this baking mixture you can finally bake them yourself at home, gluten-free and vegan. The spicy, delicious aroma of Ceylon cinnamon provides the unmistakable taste of the Cinnamon Rolls, which will make your mouth water. The pack yields approx. 14 portions of 50g each (calculated with margarine, BioVegan Organic Master Baking Yeast and water).
Preparation
For the Cinnamon Rolls you will need: 
90g Soft Margarine, 7g BioVegan Organic Master Baking Yeast, 250ml lukewarm water, hand mixer with dough hook. 
  1. Put the flour mixture and yeast together in a bowl and mix everything together. Now add 50g soft and water and knead everything for about 3 minutes with the hand mixer with dough hook. Leave the dough to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes, covered with a damp kitchen towel. 
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx. 30 x 40cm). You can use a little gluten-free flour to help with this. Brush the dough with the remaining 40g of the soft margarine, leaving a 3cm margin, which you can brush with water before rolling it up. Sprinkle the margarine evenly with the sugar and cinnamon mixture and then carefully roll the dough into a roll, starting from the long side.
  3. Cut into slices about 2 to 3 cm thick and lay the Cinnamon Rolls out on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave the Cinnamon Rolls to rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C convection or 200°C top/bottom heat and place a bowl filled with water in the oven. 
  4. Bake the Cinnamon Rolls for approx. 13 minutes.
Tip: They taste delicious lukewarm. You can also fill them with custard and sultanas, chopped nuts, nut puree or chocolate & banana pieces. Or you can also cover them with a frosting.
