Baking mixture for a wholegrain oat bread
: Description:
You only need to add water and yeast. Yields approximately 850 g bread.
- Mix the package contents with 1 pack of dried yeast .
- Add 500 ml lukewarm water. Fresh yeast: Please dissolve 1/2 cubes first in the lukewarm water.
- Stir with an electric mixer with dough hook or the food processor with whisk for 5 minutes stir to form a dough.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan (25 x 10 cm), smooth the top with plenty of water, then brush with oil.
- Cover with foil and allow to rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.
- Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C top and bottom heat for 60 minutes.
- Tage the bread from the loaf pan right after baking and allow to cool down well on a grating before slicing.
