Baking mixture for gluten free bread based on wheat flour
: Description:
- 500 g baking mixture
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 500 ml of lukewarm water
- Work pack content, yeast and lukewarm water with dough hooks briefly into a smooth dough.
- Fold the dough together in a bowl with moistened hands or dough scraper. Then add onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper or place in a greased loaf pan.
- Smooth down the bread with the moistened dough scraper and form it into the desired shape.
- Cover the bread and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 mins. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Bake the bread for 10 minutes at 250 °C in the middle of the oven, then reduce the baking temperature to 220 °C and bake for a further 50 minutes.

: Review date:Very easy to process. I add herbs and granulated garlic and sprinkle the baking tin with sunflower seeds. It makes a wonderful bread. Smells like Italian. Only I let the dough rise for at least 2 hours and add about 50 ml more water. And it's gluten-free too. What more could you want?
Sehr einfach zu verarbeiten. Ich gebe noch Kräuter und granulierten Knoblauch dazu und streue die Backform mit Sonnenblumenkernen aus. Das gibt ein herrliches Brot. Riecht wie beim Italiener. Nur lasse ich den Teig mindestens 2 Stunden gehen und gebe ca. 50 ml mehr Wasser dazu. Und dazu noch glutenfrei. Was will man mehr?
