: Description:
Arche Organic Cream Stiffener is a kitchen aid for fine cakes, creamy desserts and whipped cream. The organic stabilizer can be used for whipping cream. In a practical three-pack. One sachet is sufficient for 200 to 250 ml of cream.
Recipe tip: cream filling with quark for cake toppings
- 2 tsp of Arche Organic Agar Agar
- 20 ml lemon juice
- approx. 180 ml liquid (fruit juice or water)
- 500 ml cream
- 100 g sugar (vary according to taste)
- 2 sachets Arche Organic Vanilla Sugar
- 1 sachet Arche Organic Cream Stiffener
- 500 g low-fat quark
Stir the agar agar and lemon juice into the liquid, bring to the boil briefly and then simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Drain the low-fat curd. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and mix with the sugar and quark. Allow the agar agar mixture to cool slightly, slowly stir into the cream, spread on a cake base and chill for about 3 hours.
Tip: Layer fruit (e.g. raspberries) and quark cream alternately on a cake base and leave to cool down.

Application:
Whip the chilled cream or soya cuisine briefly, stir in the contents of the sachet and vanilla sugar according to taste, whip until stiff and serve chilled.
Tip: Sprinkle cake layers with Arche Organic Cream Stiffener before topping to delay soaking.
