: Review date:Very tasty and used for our daily coffee. 2-3 capsules are sprinkled onto the freshly ground coffee powder granules and then the coffee is made. Add a pinch of cinnamon from time to time. Makes the coffee with its acids more digestible. The coffee always tastes good afterwards. A slight flavour note is noticeable in the coffee, depending on the dosage. The quality is very good.
Sehr lecker und für unseren täglichen Kaffee genutzt. 2-3 Kapselchen werden auf das frisch gemahlene Kaffeepulvergranulat gestreut und dann wird der Kaffee gekocht. Ab und an um eine Prise Zimt ergänzt. Macht uns den Kaffee mit seinen Säuren verträglicher. Uns bekommt der Kaffee danach immer gut. Leichte Geschmacksnote im Kaffee erkennbar, je nach Dosierung. Qualität ist sehr gut.

: Review date:Cardamom is one of the most expensive spices in the world and is mainly used for seasoning in Asian cuisine. I ordered the pure seeds from Violey because it is much easier to handle them than to peel them from the green husk. The black seeds are quite sticky and taste of lemon and peppermint. They crunch when you bite on them. I store them in a cool, dark place to preserve their freshness. After six months, however, the flavour gradually disappears. So it's better to order only a small quantity. I find the organic quality of Lebensbaum good - the seeds season my dishes delicately.
Kardamom gehört zu den teuersten Gewürzen der Welt und wird vorwiegend zum Würzen in der asiatischen Küche verwendet. Ich habe mir bei Violey gleich die puren Samen bestellt, da die Handhabung natürlich viel einfacher ist, als sie erst aus der grünen Hülle schälen zu müssen. Die schwarzen Samen sind recht klebrig und schmecken nach Zitrone und Pfefferminz. Beim Drauf beißen knirschen sie. Ich lagere sie kühl und dunkel, um ihre Frische zu erhalten. Nach sechs Monaten verschwindet das Aroma aber trotzdem nach und nach. Man sollte also lieber nur eine kleine Menge bestellen. Ich finde die Bioqualität von Lebensbaum gut – die Samen würzen meine Speisen delikat.
