Govinda Goodel Organic Buckwheat Fusilli. Vegan, gluten-free spiral pasta made from buckwheat flour and ground linseed. Enjoy the tasty, ready-to-serve pasta with fish, tomato sauce or in pasta salad after just 5-6 minutes of cooking time. Although buckwheat has wheat in its name, it is a pseudo-cereal, just like quinoa. Buckwheat has a nutty, sometimes slightly bitter flavour. The added linseed supports the texture of the fusilli and helps to cook it perfectly «al-dente».
Preparation:
- Do no exceed the cooking time of 5-6 minutes.
- Cook a maximum of half a package at a time. Divide the pasta in several portions, if more noodles are required. Remove the buckwheat pasta with a slotted spoon, rinse them with cold water and add the next portion to the boiling water. Foaming is normal.
- Use a large pot and stir gently, the pasta needs much space.
