Spray as tonic onto cleansed face and pat gently. After sunbathing for cooling and soothing. Freeze portions in ice cube bags and, if necessary, place on the skin for soothing cooling.

I have to agree with the previous writer. This hydrolate has a very unpleasant smell that has little in common with lavender flowers. I know authentic lavender scent from the plant itself or from essential oils. I gave the water two chances. But I had to wash it off each time because I couldn't stand the scent on my skin. I'd rather go back to a rose water or try another brand. It's a pity, because otherwise I really like the Farfalla brand.

Ich muss meiner Vorschreiberin recht geben. Dieses Hydrolat hat einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, der mit Lavendelblüten wenig gemein hat. Ich kenne authentischen Lavendelduft von der Pflanze selbst oder von ätherischen Ölen. Ich habe dem Wasser zwei Chancen gegeben. Musste es aber jedesmal wieder abwaschen, weil ich den Duft auf meiner Haut nicht ertragen konnte. Da kehre ich lieber wieder zu einem Rosenwasser zurück oder teste eine andere Marke. Eigentlich schade, weil ich die Marke Farfalla sonst recht schätze.

I know and love lavender as a garden plant, essential oil (from Farfalla and Primavera, among others), scented sachets and tea. As an alternative to rose water, I wanted to try a lavender hydrolate, but I have to agree with the previous writer: The scent of this plant water has nothing of the typical lavender scent for me. To my taste, it smells extremely unpleasant - namely musty, almost putrid. I have disposed of it.

Als Alternative zu Rosenwasser wollte ich nun ein Lavendelhydrolat ausprobieren, aber ich muss mich meiner Vorschreiberin anschließen: Der Duft dieses Pflanzenwassers hat für mich nichts vom typischen Lavendelduft. Für meinen Geschmack riecht es äußerst unangenehm - nämlich muffig, fast faulig. Habe es entsorgt.

I had my first lavender flower hydrolate from a small manufacturer and I loved it. When my bottle was empty and I wanted to order from Violey anyway, it came with the order. Unfortunately, this is not going to be a positive review because the smell was not light and fresh like lavender, but musty, sour and I didn't want something like that on my skin. Is it because of the "natural" additive to make the hydrolate durable? I can't figure it out as a customer. I disposed of the hydrolate in the sink. Next time I will order my old familiar again.

Ich hatte mein erstes Lavendelblütenhydrolat von einer kleinen Manufaktur und ich liebte es. Als meine Flasche leer war und ich sowieso bei Violey bestellen wollte, kam es mit zur Bestellung dazu. Leider wird dies keine positive Bewertung, denn der Geruch war nicht leicht und frisch nach Lavendel, sondern muffig, säuerlich und ich wollte so etwas nicht auf der Haut haben. Liegt es an dem "natürlichen" Zusatz um das Hydrolat haltbar zu machen? Ich kann es als Kunde nicht heraus finden. Ich habe das Hydrolat im Ausguß entsorgt. Das nächste Mal werde ich wieder mein Altbekanntes bestellen.

Ich tupfe mir das Lavendelblütenwasser von Farfalla am liebsten auf die Stirn und den Hals. Man riecht super lang frisch und angenehm nach Lavendel. Es ist jedoch nicht zu aufdringlich. Ich kaufs wieder.
