bioladen Organic Spelt Fusilli. Fusilli and spirelli are essentially one and the same: short, spiral-shaped pasta shapes that, thanks to their shape, are good at holding onto sauce. Spelt pasta has a slightly nutty flavour and is a little heartier than classic durum wheat pasta. Traditional bronze dies are used to make the spelt fusilli. These give the pasta a rough surface that holds sauce particularly well. Thanks to the gentle drying process, the pasta retains its firmness when cooked and comes out al dente.

Application:

Use 1 litre of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil, add salt and then add the pasta. Cook for about 9-11 minutes, then drain and leave to rest for about 1 minute.

Spelt flour (a type of wheat) from certified organic farming.
May contain traces of egg, mustard, soya and other cereals containing gluten.
