Baking mixture for cheesecakes with oatmeal crust

This pack contains: 295 g base mix for the floor and 190 g for the topping.
Preparation with egg and cottage cheese:
Just add: 125 g butter, 4 eggs, 750 g curd, the juice of half a lemon
Vegan preparation:
Just add: 125 g margarine, 750 g soya yoghurt natural or vanilla, the juice of half a lemon.
- The quick crust: Make the butter or margarine liquid and mix with the basic mixture for the crust. Leave it alone briefly. Fill the flake mass into the non-greased springform pan. Firmly press on the ground and raise the dough on the edges about 2 cm high. Do not worry if everything looks a bit crumbly, the flakes become firm and crisp when baking. Tip: The flakes can be pressed well to the mold with the back of a spoon, dipped into cold water.
- The quick filling: For the filling, add eggs, curd and lemon juice together with the basic mixture for the topping in the bowl and briefly and vigorously stir with a whisk. It is not necessary to separate the eggs. For egg and milk-free preparation simply mix the tofu, the lemon juice and the basic mixture for the topping.
- Baking: Fill the curd or tofu mass into the pan and distribute evenly. Bake in the pre-heated oven at 200°C for 50 to 60 minutes in the bottom of the oven. Thus the cake becomes beautifully crisp at the bottom and not to dark at the top. The cake is ready when the curd mass has also risen in the middle. Bake in the gas oven at level 3. Please do not bake with convection. The vegan cake does not get the optimal cutting strength until after cooling.

: Review date:Very easy to bake. But it's not for people who don't like muesli, because the base is made of oatmeal. I have been using the baking mix for years and always get enthusiastic reactions. A grated apple in the curd part and a little grated lemon peel make the cake even juicier and finer. A clear recommendation from me.
Lässt sich sehr einfach backen. Ist aber nichts für Leute, die kein Müsli mögen, da der Boden aus Haferflocken besteht. Ich verwende die Backmischung seit Jahren und ernte immer begeisterte Reaktionen. Ein geriebener Apfel im Quarkteil und ein wenig abgeriebene Zitronenschale machen den Kuchen noch saftiger und feiner. Klare Empfehlung von mir.

Die Backmischung ist leicht zuzubereiten. Die Voll-Variante (mit Eiern) hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt, natürlich mit Sahne-Quark! Gerade auch der Boden hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Zubereitung ist leicht und auch für Anfänger*innen geeignet. Als Schneebesen zum Verrühren der Füllung habe ich den Besenaufsatz vom Zauberstab genutzt, das hat sehr gut geklappt, Klare Empfehlung.

Alle fanden diesen Kuchen sehr lecker! Auf unterster Schiene gebacken, wird er auch nicht zu dunkel (man muss aber dennoch aufpassen - nicht zu lange drin lassen). Die Haferflocken-Butter-Mischung reicht nicht aus, um den Rand so hoch zu ziehen wie auf der Abbildung. Auch nicht bei kleiner Form. Daher empfiehlt es sich wohl, den Rand der Springform entgegen der Anleitung doch einzufetten.
