Zotter Labooko Guatemala 75% Organic Dark Chocolate. A cocoa rarity from Guatemala with a high Criollo content. The seductive aroma of Guatemala chocolate is the result of soft-mist roasting. When you smell it, you notice a complex fruit spectacle - berries, cherry, banana and peach stand out. After an initial pretzel accent with a little salt, a sweet spice mixture develops, which is almost overtaken by a versatile fruitiness right afterwards. At first you taste fine berry notes, which in the finale give way to an intense aroma of cherries, peach and watermelon. The fruit aroma, which is accompanied by a parallel spiciness, ends slightly peppery in the finish.
