Application:

For every 2 egg whites: whisk 10 g egg white substitute & 80 ml water for a total of 7 minutes using a hand mixer (whisk) or food processor. Then process as you would egg whites.

Ingredients:

Starch*, pea protein*, thickening agent guar gum*, table salt.
* From certified organic farming.

May contain traces of egg, milk, soya and edible nuts.
