Basic recipe for pizza dough:
(2 baking trays)
Preparation: Put 3 tbsp. of 500 Flour Mix to one side. Combine the rest of the flour mix with 7 g dried yeast and knead with 300 ml water and 3 tbsp. of olive oil. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 min. Then knead with the leftover flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness and brush the edges with a little oil. Top with tomato sauce and cheese to taste and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200-220 °C upper-/lower heat for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness.
