Basic recipe for white bread:
Oven: Combine 500 g baking mix with 7 g dried yeast, knead with 450 ml water and 2 tbsp. oil. Put the dough into a loaf tin and allow to rise for approx. 45 minutes. Brush the dough with oil or flour it and cut as desired. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 °C upper and lower heat for approx. 50 - 60 minutes.
Bread maker: 500 g baking mix, 5 g dried yeast, 450 g water, 20 g oil. Please add ingredients according to the instructions of your bread baking machine. The manufacturer recommends using a basic programme for the preparation.
Note:
The liquid specification according to the basic recipe refers to the preparation in a 25 cm box shape. To bake the bread without form, reduce the water in the recipe by about 100 ml and put 2 tbsp. of the flour mixture on the side. If necessary, intermix into the dough later. Allow the dough to rise in the basket.

: Review date:I am very happy with the baking mix. Firstly, it is super easy to prepare. However, I let the dough rise for 60 minutes and not 45 minutes as stated on the packaging. The highlight for me when baking bread is always when I take the hot bread out of the oven and my kiddies stick their noses into the baking tin as if remote-controlled.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Backmischung. Erstens ist sie super einfach in der Zubereitung. Den Teig habe ich allerdings 60 Minuten und nicht wie auf der Verpackung angegeben 45 Minuten gehen lassen. Das Highlight für mich beim Brot backen ist immer, wenn ich das heiße Brot aus dem Ofen herausnehme und meine Kiddies wie ferngesteuert Ihre Nasen in die Backform stecken.
