Whether for veggie scrambled eggs or in pasta or potato salad, Sauce Hollandaise or whatever - wherever "egg" would otherwise go, this spice brings me the classic egg flavour! Great!

Ob fürs veggie Rührei oder in den Nudel,- oder Kartoffelsalat, die Sauce Hollandaise oder was auch immer - überall wo sonst "Ei" hinein käme, bringt mir dieses Gewürz den klassischen Ei-Geschmack! Toll!
