Davert Organic Château Lentils

Davert Organic Château Lentils. The brownish lenses have a delicate, spicy flavors. They are a delicacy to pasta and rice, from them you can prepare delicious sandwich spreads and stews.
Recipe tip Apricot-lentil curry (3-4 pers.):
Soak 100 g wheat in water overnight. Chop 1 bunch of spring onions. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 tsp ginger, sauté with the onions in 1 tbsp butter while stirring, add 3 tbsp walnut oil. Stir in wheat and 250 g Château lentils, sauté briefly. Deglaze with 750 ml vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and cook on a low heat for 30 minutes. Add 1 tsp. sea salt, 1-2 tbsp. curry powder, 1 tsp. each chilli powder and ground allspice, 100 g chopped soft apricots and 100 g almond slivers. Cook for another 15 minutes and season with ginger if necessary.
