Chiron Organic Hemp Protein Baking Mix Grey Bread. This baking mix combines the nutty flavour of hemp with a balanced blend of spelt, rye and hemp fibre flour. Together with sunflower seeds, linseed and caraway, the mix makes for a wholesome, hearty bread for everyday use - crispy on the outside, moist and fluffy on the inside.

Preparation

You will also need water and yeast

Mix half a cube of yeast in 280 ml lukewarm water and leave to rise for approx. 2 minutes.
Knead in the baking mixture (at least 4 minutes).
Leave to rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
Then knead the dough again and place in a greased, 20 cm long loaf tin.
Leave to rise again until the dough swells over the edge of the tin.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 °C fan oven.
Bake the bread on the centre rack of the oven in the loaf tin for approx. 45 minutes at 180 °C.
Turn the bread out of the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack.
