Mix 1.5 kg of prepared fruit or 1 l of fruit juice with 500 g of gelatin-coarse sugar in the pot. The mixture must be boiled for 3-4 minutes with constant stirring (with fruit juice 2 min.) Important: The cooking time starts only when the entire mixture boils bubbling. Fill the hot fruit spread into the boiled and dryed glasses and close immediately. Then place the glasses on the lid for 10 minutes. The cleaner the work is, the longer the storability. Glasses should be stored in a cool place and kept in the fridge after use and soon consume.
Be sure to use the entire package at once to preserve the optimum mix.

Additional Information:

: Review date:It didn't convince me, but it was probably because I didn't have the recommended amount of fruit (mirabelles), but only half as much, so I used half as much sugar....
After the allotted time, nothing gelled and not even after a few more minutes, as I was used to with conventional preserving sugar. So I added pectin and the result was great!
Mich hat er nicht so überzeugt, aber vermutlich lag es daran, dass ich leider nicht die empfohlene Menge an Früchten (Mirabellen) hatte, sondern nur halb so viel, also auch halb so viel vom Zucker nahm...
Nach der vorgegebenen Zeit gelierte da nichts und auch nach weiteren Minuten nicht so, wie ich es von herkömmlichem Gelierzucker gewohnt war. Also ergänzte ich mit Pektin und dann war das Ergebnis super!
