: Description:

BioVegan Organic Egg White Substitute. This protein substitute is suitable for baking macaroons, biscuits, meringues and other delicious baked goods. Also for desserts such as mousse au chocolate or even mayonnaise.
Coconut macaroons (for about 20 pieces) 
 
Ingredients: 
1 pk of BioVegan protein substitute, 90 g coconut flakes, 90 g BioVegan powdered sugar.
Preparation: 
  • Pour 10 g BioVegan Eiweiß Ersatz into 75 ml of water and beat (for approx. 5 minutes) until stiff. 
  • Mix BioVegan Powdered Sugar and coconut flakes and fold into the whipped egg white substitute.
  • Shape macaroons with a piping bag on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at 160 °C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
