I have bought this flour repeatedly. I use it for my gluten-free sourdough bread and it is mixed in. Very good flour. Unfortunately a bit expensive, but very good quality.

I love chestnuts in all forms - puree, whole vegetables but this flour is also an asset: in my minimalist buckwheat pan cakes it is used in winter: about 4-5 parts buckwheat flour and 1 part chestnut flour - gives this interesting sweet, wintry warm note.
