Arche Organic Wasabi, 25 g: Unit: 25 g

Recipe tip: Ura Maki - California Roll (for 6-8 pieces)

1 fine strip of cucumber

¼ ripe avocado

1 tsp lemon juice

1 fine strip of radish

½ tsp Arche Organic Wasabi , mixed with water

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 sheet of Arche Sushi Nori

1¼ cup (125 g) prepared Arche Organic Sushi Rice.

Toast sesame seeds in a pan without fat and leave to cool. Peel avocado and cut into fine strips, sprinkle with lemon juice. Also cut the vegetables into fine strips. Cover the bamboo mat with cling film, place the nori sheet with the smooth side down on the cling film. Spread a scant handful of sushi rice evenly 1 cm thick almost to the edge of the nori and press the rice down with moistened fingers. Carefully turn the nori sheet with the rice over on the foil and place the filling on top of the seaweed. With even pressure, roll up the filled nori with the bamboo mat, press the edges tight and close the roll this way. Dip one side in sesame seeds and cut into 6-8 pieces.
