Zotter Organic Chocolate Brain with Egg. Dark milk chocolate 50% filled with egg liqueur ganache refined with caramelised pork brain and hazelnut cream with nut pieces. Dedicated to the brainless fake news era. A brain layer made from blanched and caramelised pig's brain, with butter, egg liqueur with pear brandy (so that there is brain in the pear), almond nougat and fine white chocolate, which is less sweet. Topped with a brainfood layer of melt-in-the-mouth hazelnut praline and finely chopped cashew, hazelnut and almond pieces. Covered in milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content.
